I had ordered these inks almost 1 month ago today! They sent me a order number but I had not heard from them since then. I emailed them 3 times and then I finally got a response claiming a large backorder but that they would be sending out all order soon. That was 2 weeks ago! Still nothing. Since they receive their money via PayPal I also filed a report with them and they will be investigating as well.

csinksoutlet is fraudulent. I ordered from them, and reordered with cc payments and nothing! They have not responded to any of my emails and have no tel#. Beware!!!

I ordered ink from them and had emailed them 50 times with the same response. The order is on it's way. they got paid but will not ship anything. this has been 3months now and nothing. Don't buy from them. hope everyone reads this.

Do not order from this company!! They take your money and refuse to answer calls etc! After 3 weeks of waiting I called them multiple times with no response. I finally disputed the order with PayPal and got my money back. Dont let them SCAM you!!!
