| I saw an advertisement on tv for the perfect meatloaf pan and I called the 18009431245. I ordered the buy one perfect meatloaf pan for 19.95 and get another perfect meatoaf pan free, pay only additional shipping and handling of $7.95 Another offer was the perfect brownie pan for $14.95. When I went on line to check my bill, all charges were at least double. The shipping and handling charges were $19.95 I cancelled my order but I thought someone else should be aware of what they are doing. Florence, El Dorado Springs, Missouri |

| I have had the same problem. When you order "one" you get two. There doesn't seem to be any way of getting just one unit. The web site is misleading and does not display the final cost before completion. Then it is too late. I ordered over the weekend, got a total of 4 units, when I wanted two. I called but got the "all circuits are busy" recording. Finally, on Monday, I reached a live person who told me that he could not stop or correct the order, eventhough the order had not yet shipped. I called back 10 minutes later, hoping to get a different answer but was told the items were already shipped. Yeah, right! Both reps told me that I can only refuse the package at the door, to avoid paying for return shipping. Then I have to trust that they will admit that they received my shipment and credit me the full amount. If you read the small print, the web site says all returns will be subject a refund minus the shipping and handling. Not legal, I'm sure, but how many will file a report ? |

| Same thing happened to me. I purchased 4 units somehow and was charged $138.40 two times!!! I sure you can calculate the total stupid tax I paid!!! Amazing! |

| I ordered the swivel spice rack. Trying to tract it but this site says it cannot find it. Says it takes 24-48 hours. I ordered on 8-3, it is now 8-11. Also I too have been charged extra for a set that says if you order one you can get the second for just S & H charges. It charged me $29.99 for a $19.99 order and $15.98 for shipping...what the hell is free!!! |

| My husband wanted ONE and responded "NO" to every prompt for add ons yet we wound up being charged $70. We received FOUR pans and FOUR unexpected knives!!! One of the prompts was "Would you like to receive tips/offers of ... for only ($16?/month)? You bet we'll be on the look out for any such charge appearing. Is there no legal recourse? (They told my husband the order couldn't be cancelled because it had already been shipped. |

| i ordered the pillows buy 1 for 19.95 get one free plus 2 pillow covers, this is a rip off when the operator said it was 30.95 and told me it was the small pillows and the queen will be more, i tried to cancel the order and i kept getting different options. so i was never able to cancel, this was on tv. what a rip off. i dont want te pillows and i dont know what to do. |

| I ordered Eggies online from As Seen On TV it was buy one get one free. I ordered two and it wasn't until my order cleared they showed the shipping. $20.00 Eggies shipped $31.plus. I tried to cancel can't get through. |

| I ordered one Instant Hanger set plus one additional for a total of $30.89 plus $2.50 tax they charged my account with and even $200.00 I can't get in touch with anyone. Now what a bad thing guess you can't trust anyone at all. |
