Ordered a cake 2 weeks before mothers day, company website says any order placed before May 2nd will be delivered before Mothers Day...well our cake wasnt! We called and spoke with customer service who stated they could not deliver before Mothers Day but will have it there that Tuesday May 10th. Well here it is May 13th and still no cake. Called customer service and voice mail states delivery happens 6 days after ordering the cake. Called back and got a customer serive rep who stated it would take 3 weeks from todays date (May 13th) - WHAT!! They did not offer any apologies, compensation or advise, actually the customer service rep hung up on me after they found out that I was promised a delivery on May 10th, which was the 2nd option after not recieving the delivery before Mothers Day which was promised on their website. I am now expecting a refund (no cake) and my Mom's Mothers Day was ruined. They are now advertising for Father's Days cake with a promised delivery before Fathers Day. DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE! This company is out to get your money and not deliver a product. This company is fraudulent in there actions and should be shut down. This company was premiured on a TV show called Shark Tank, well this company should be tanked all together!

The cakes look 5 or 6" tall on there website and on shark tank.
Received two cakes and both measured just below 3".
What a joke for $ 44.00 + 19.00 shipping all the dry ice was melted and the cakes were
warm. Customer service what a Joke. They simply don't care.
I can make a bigger cake with a Cake mix.

I WILL ADMIT THE CAKES TASTE GREAT. HOWEVER THE WEBSITE POSTS THE CAKES
ARE 10" X 4" WHEN IN REALITY THEY ARE NOT QUITE 3" X 9" CUSTOMER SERVICE
WILL NOT RESPOND OR OFFER TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. FOR $ 44.00 PLUS $ 19.00 SHIPPING
THIS IS A RIP OFF.

Cakes are great but there website states the cakes are 4x10.
The container they ship in is only 3 1/2" x9 1/2" outside dimensions.
How on earth can a 4x10 cake fit in there. Fact is they can't. The cakes don't even measure 3x9.
This is false advertising and should be stopped.
When I call customer sevices all they would say is. (WELL I DON'T MAKE THE CAKES)
That was there answer.
This is Southern hospitality I think not.
For what these cakes cost this company should be charged with fraud.
Feeling taken advantage of.

My husband ordered a surprise cake for my birthday to be delivered on 5/19/12. We got it 5/22/12. The cake tin was all rusty, the paper doily was ripped and all crinkled up, the dry ice bag was torn or cut open in 2 places and the cake was smashed in on top...unservable...2 phone calls went unanswered. I THINK they did respond to his email--only to say sorry for inconveneince and that another cake would be sent. Several days later we received a replacement with a computer generated "sorry for the inconvenience"--SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE???? Customer service and quality of product are completely unacceptable--nonexistant. Price was $78 !!! Taste (yes we HAD to at least taste it) was just ok. Already wrote to Barbara Corcoran @ Shark Tank. Lost us as customers and small business supporters. We recently sold a business we both owned and operated. If anyone working in my office handled this issue in this way, they would've been fired--especially for the "sorry for the inconvenience" sentiment. Businesses rely on customer service and are customer driven, so they can live or die accordingly. If we were an isolated case, they still should've reacted with sincerity, concern, and even some kind of reimbursement. A credit woudn't be necessary since they lost us already. I'll buy local, save money and get high quality products--better yet--make it myself...
