Nov 16 2010: I sent an email to [email protected] asking when I could expect my order as I had not seen any shipment confirmation yet. The email bounced back and could not be delivered.

Unfortunately, we did a poor job on shipping your order in a timely fashion. We did not meet your expectations or our own high quality standards. Please accept our sincere apology. In our continuing efforts to expand our product offering and to provide you with the best pricing possible, we have moved our entire inventory from our existing distribution centers into larger facilities. There have been some difficulties that have taken too long to overcome. We have been diligently working around the clock to correct these issues. As of Nov 16th we are now back to full capacity to ship orders within 24 hours. We have some catching up to do, but your order will be shipped and may already be in transit to you. Dec 1 2010: I replied to the above email asking when to expect shipment as the order still did not arrive. No answer. After that I have sent 3 more emails asking but haven't seen anything back.
