I paid with google checkout on Nov 16th. I haven;t received my order after waiting it for 2 weeks. I wrote them first and called them, they are telling me that they haven't received my order. Rude woman on the phone telling me that they don't receive payments from google checkout. I am telling them i can see the transaction and the payment from goole checkout. She is telling me that i have to call google. Then she is telling me that I am their 3rd costumer this week calling about an order not received. I asked them why don't they correct the issue, the rude woman on the phone insisting that it is not my fault, i had to use their checkout rather than goole. They are not a good company and i hope they will this company soon. I am now calling my credit card company and google to file a claim about this company.
