Attorneys are supposed to uphold the law, not break the law. Police Officers are supposed to uphold the law, not break the law. Attorney Zavadil appealed and LOST his appeal regarding his termination from the Fort Lauderdale Police for admittedly falsifying a legal arrest document by signing the defendant's name. Who would ever hire such an attorney to represent them? Why hasn't the Florida Bar taken disciplinary action against the admitted fraudster. This is nothing more than a malicious, DEFAMATORY posting by an angry, disgruntled individual with an axe to grind. This defamatory posting may lead to legal action against the poster. Contrary to the anonymous representations, the allegations in the posting are false and legally defamatory. Unfortunately, in today’s society it is very easy for any twisted, unprofessional, childish individual with computer access to defame and attack someone by posting malicious allegations while hiding behind the cloak of internet anonymity. Frankly, it is cowardly. As with most things, ONE SHOULD NOT BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ ON THE UNREGULATED INTERNET.
