*'Kale'o,' received twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000. US D), from Steven Christian Du Pont,former Vice President, Street Search Advisors, LLC, New York, New York, to develop,and to manage in a new restaurant in Kihe'i, Mau'i, Hawai'i.

*'Kale'o' attempted to obfuscate the truth, and confuse the authorities by filing false allegations

against Steven Christian Du Pont, and Street Search Advisors.

- 'Kale'o' defrauded Street Search Advisors, LLC, attempted to extort funds from Steven Christian Du Pont, and Street Search Advisors.

- 'Kale'o' assaulted Steven Christian Du Pont, and threatened other executives with Street Search Advisors.

- 'Kale'o' filed false allegations, and committed perjury against Steven Christian Du Pont, and Street Search Advisors.

The Courts, and Judiciary in the State of Hawai'i, ruled in Steven Christian Du Pont's, and Street Search Advisors, favor in every case.
