Data Release Div. Robert Richards/ prize announcer lied/mis- informed East meadow, New York

I received a letter stating that I had won $1,400,000 after my ID# was drawn. On this letter is says that " Our office Guarantees your 100% access to the Award Monies and Prizes."

Now after I sent the money order via certified mail, and I checked the status and it was delivered. I just now found on the internet that this company has been scamming people.

I will be looking to start a class action lawsuit against this company for the money the letter clearly states that I am a winner and I am Guaranteed 100% of the money. I am also going to check to see if they have cashed my money order to, if they have then I will have even more proof of them scamming and stealing.

So PLEASE Everyone do not send them any thing. I should have known better but I didn't think to much about it since I had entered in a lotto a while back that I had got in the mail. so I just though that maybe I had won that.

I made sure to make a copy of the letter and all to just in case.

I am a victim of the same lie/misinformed letter of this scam. I received the exact same letter, send $19.99 to process your $1, 400, 000 winnings. My wife googled Robert Richards name as I was reading the letter to her, and only to find out I had a crushed dream of being wealthy and not having to worry about money problems anymore. I will be sending this to my attorney to see if I can file a suit/claim for the monies/prize said to be won.
