David Jakobot has been engaged in fraud for years. I am publicly posting my concerns in an attempt to prevent him from victimizing others. He has a history of preying on investors unfamiliar with the oil and gas industry and has intentionally failed to provide accurate information to the Railroad Commission of Texas and the State Secretaries Board of Texas. He seeks out investors from outside the State of Texas or from other countries to willfully defraud. He has falsified documents and is a true con artist. I advise anyone looking to advance capital in his â€œprojectsâ€ to first run a thorough background check or conduct an internet search to verify his reputation. You will find violations filed with the Railroad Commission of Texas, individual Texas Counties and additional State regulating agencies. He has been involved in civil lawsuits over the years for fraud and breach of contract.
