This scam report is false and also, I suspect, malicous. David Kelly is the Chief Executive of a very reputable company, FBD Property & Leisure Limited which has extensive leisure interests in Ireland and Spain. FBD Property & Leisure LImited is jointly owned by FBD Holdings plc, a public limited company listed on the Irish and London Stock Exchanges. Whoever made this posting has done so in bad faith.
