A Comparison from Findlaw.com o ADOPTION: Parent's rights are voluntarily relinquished or involuntarily terminated. o GUARDIANSHIP: Parent/s' rights may or may not be voluntarily relinquished or involuntarily terminated [may depend on whether the court declares parent/s "unfit" etc.]o ADOPTION: Adopters given all rights and responsibilities that once belonged to Parents. o GUARDIANSHIP: Guardian is given legal responsibility for the child and assumes rights of care, custody and supervision of the child.o ADOPTION: When Adopters are married, BOTH spouses must adopt unless separated for more than a year. o GUARDIANSHIP: When married EITHER ONE or BOTH spouses may be named Guardian.o ADOPTION: Adoption is a permanent, lifelong, legal relationship which creates a "legal fiction" of the Adoptee with falsified birth certificate [restricts the Adoptee for life]. o GUARDIANSHIP: The child retains all rights for life. The Parent/s retain "residual rights" when parental rights have not yet been relinquished or terminated. I hate to argue--PALM BEACH COUNTY IS THE MOST CORRUPT.
EVERYTHING YOU SAID ABOUT PAID WORKERS AND A CORRUPT SYSTEM--YOU BLOW THE WHISTLE ON ANY MEMBERS OF THE "SYSTEM" EVEN WITH GLARING EVIDENCE AND YOU LOSE YOUR KIDS
THE JUDGES ARE IN ON IT--EXPLAIN HOW I CAN BE MARRIED FOR OVER 20 YEARS CONTRIBUTE EVERYTHING AND LOSE EVERYTHING EVEN THOUGH MY EX HUSBAND DIDN'T LIVE IN THE HOUSE OVER A DECADE AND MY DAUGHER FROM A DIFFERENT (SECOND RELATIONSHIP AFTER MY BI/HOMO HUSBAND LIVED OUTSIDE OF THE HOME FOR 10 YEARS WAS BORN) AND HE GOT CUSTODY OF HER EVEN THOUGH HE NEVER KNEW HER, OPENLY HATED HER, AND WROTE ON ANY AND EVERY IRS FORM, "NOT MY DAUGHTER" ETC.
I HAVE HIM, AS "AN OFFICER OF THE COURT" COMMITTING PERJURY IN ONE ACTION STATING NOT MY DAUGHTER, TWO YEARS LATER SAME THING AT THE TIME OF FILING IN DEPOS, AND THEN HIS ATTORNEY TOLD HIM TO ADD HER SO HE WOULD HAVE NEED FOR A HOUSE HE DIDN'T LIVE IN AND HE GOT THEM?
WHY B/C WHEN I SUPPORTED MY ABUSED SON, HIS LAWYER CLAIMED IT WAS A FALSE ALLEGATION BY ME--I NEVER ACCUSED BUT DAMN RIGHT IF ANY ONE OF M Y CHILDREN SAY SOMETHING HAPPENS I AM SUPPORTING THEM AND THEIR OPINIONS.
I MADE THE FATAL MISTAKE OF DISCOVERING THAT THE DCF SINGLE WOMAN IN LOVE WITH HIM SUPERVISING HIS VISITS WAS LIVING WITH HER TWIN SISTER WHO WAS CONVICTED CONVICTED 3 TIMES FOR EBT/WELFARE FRAUD. ARE WE AS THINKING PEOPLE SUPPOSED TO THINK, BOTH SISTERS LIVING IN THE SAME HOUSE USING THE SAME REFRIDGERATOR--ONE STEALING FOOD STAMPS AND ONE SHOWING HER THE INS AND OUTS OF THE SYSTEM, THE DCF SISTER WHEN "OUT OF MILK"' DID SHE REALLY RUN TO THE STORE AT 7AM OR SAY EXCUSE ME SISTER IS THIS YOUR STOLEN MILK? ALSO, MY EX, AND ATTORNY MAKING OVER $100K A YEAR HAD THE STATE PAY TWO DCF WORKERS AT ONE TIME TO PICK MY DAUGHTER UP FROM SCHOOL AND DELIVER HER (HOW DANGEROUS IS THEIR DRIVING/RECORDS/CAR I DON'T KNOW AND THE JUDGE BRUNSON DIDN'T CARE) AT NO CHARGE EXCEPT TO THE TAX PAYERS, PICKED UP MY DAUGHTER, PAID THE SALARY OF 2 DCF WORKERS AND THEIR GAS TO DELIVER MY DAUGTER TO VISITATION? WHY? B/C HE GOT OFF WORK AT 5 LIKE EVERYONE ELSE IN THE WORLD, AND COULDN'T MAKE IT THERE BY 6PM. THE REAL REASON--IT WOULD HAVE "PROVED" MY CASE THAT TARDIES TO EVENTS WERE CAUSED BY MY EX HUSBAND WHO COULD NEVER MAKE IT ANYWHERE ON TIME, SO TO MAKE SURE i WASNT' RIGHT THEY PROVIDED THE ASSITANCE AND HE DIDN'T 'PAY

UGH MAKES ME SICK AND THE KIDS SUFFER TREMEDOUSLY OF COURSE THEY GROW UP TO SHOOT UP MOVIE THEATERS B/C "EXPERTS" ARE ACTUALLY CARELESS JERKS WHO ARE JUST LOOKING TO PAY THERE BILLS, DO THEY REALLY WANT TO HARASS AN EXCON ABOUT HIS CHILD ABUSE ACCUSATIONS IN A BAD NEIGHBORHOOD, OR KEEP DECENT PEOPLE AN D DECENT KIDS THEY AREN'T "AFRAID" OF WITH NO REAL ISSUES IN "THE SYSTEM" TO PAY THEIR SALARIES. THIS IS NOT DIFFICULT MATH PEOPLE. IT HAPPENS, KIDS LIVES ARE RUINED, FAMILIES DESTROYED AN DWHISTLE BLOWERS LOSE EVERYTHING!!!
