Noticed unusual activities on my credit report back in Feb of 2009. Lots of closed accounts dating as far back as 30 years, appearing back on. So I began to investigate. Discovered the theft. Made the mistake of getting my credit report online. Two minutes later after receiving my credit report on line , it was stolen. Better term for it is identity theft and internet theft. Now this report was taken in Dec of 2006. you may notice the time difference. From Dec of 2006 to Feb 2009, when I notice, the activities, during that time period they went through all my record of every place I had been, put things back on credit reports that have been off for years. Now I have about 20 variations of my name, addresses I never had, accounts I had never had or paid off. Different social security numbers, different birthdays. But the real ordeal was when I discovered the theft, they found out I discovered it so naturally they tried to wipe out all information on my computer.Literally it was like star wars. When I tried to send information out to different agencies they intercepted the emails they would even communicate with me like instant messaging. They sent viruses , or anything they could do to try and wipe out my computer. They wiped out three computers before I then went to the library and they even attacked there. Get this, there message to me at the library was WE WILL BE BACK, which flashed on the screen.
So since I have reported to lots of different agencies, all of which no one has attempted anything. Even reported to the FBI with certified mail. But since the attack which lasted about a month all computers are back up and running with no lost information. It was all stored on different sources anyway. So since the attack in Feb 2009, handle my computers in a different way. But DCS has tried all techniques tried calling all hours, but since I don't use a phone only when I make a call. They can call forever. They are trying to reactivate these accounts which which no longer exist, or way beyond statue of limitation. They even tried sending emergency phone messages. Caller id would say emergency message. But since I know no one would be calling me, as I stated I never use the phone unless I make the call. So in short Diversified collection services are only low level thieves, who will end up in jail even if I have to go the the president to get results. Have done these things in the past, been in court rooms across this country fighting thieves like this. There isn't agency out there I haven't been up against.
Fraud is fraud, and Diversified collection services is heavy into fraud and identity theft. |

| Hi I hope you still keep in contact with this website. You are exactly right that company was and is still probably a scam!! To be honest I met a girl in jail she used to work for that co. she told me that she used to scam peoples numbers when they made a payment on a past due account, she even told me how she could make a new identity all kinds of stuff. I was stupid enough to let this woman stay with me I truly thought that if she had some help maybe that was all she needed but while staying with me all this stuff came out i told her i am not the one to be bragging about ripping people off that were obviously in a bad credit sit. to begin with she said she would wait at least a year b4 she would do any thing which i think might have been true in some cases but not on all. she was ultimately fired because she was caught by a person that found out she used their card. I really went to silent witness and told them what she did she is not in collections anymore but still does have friends with access to the databases ect. but was never even contacted about it. WTF?? i really cant believe that they would not be interested in that but oh well. So I am goling online telling every and any body that well listen what she did (this woman has done me so dirty when all i ever did was try and help her) oh and get this she is going to "school" collecting a gov. check to be what a paralegal thats right she wants to know how to use the law for her best interest. this scam ass must be stopped. i did read on another site that a woman got her card used illegally and said that a cheryl cermmoade did it she was close her name is cheryl kermmoade she worked in the scottsdale office and she also goes by cheryl kermoade/rhoades/rhodes and numerous others so i hope with this info you can maybe track some of the activity back to her i know she would use her own computer from home to do these things which were located in phx and scottsdale you can look her up also on azdoc under cheryl kermmoade to get the rest of her info. good luck to all of you!! |
