Dent-A-Med Inc IRS tax form 1099-C Springdale, Arkansas

This company sent me an 1099-C IRS form stating it was a Credit Card Expenditure in the amount of 1,324.37 discharge. I never had a credit card or know of this company. Called and they would not give me any information. I don't want this to hurt my tax return or any other payment i may be receiving.

They have been trying to come to ME, because of a debt in my son's name, chris!!!
Now, they are trying to put a lien on my home, because these crazy people, are saying, "this is his house, and he and I are married"...
NOW, as of sat, the 10th of Jan, 2015, "I got served today"!!!
Does this mean I have to go to Court tosettle this???
I WILL BE CALLING FOR AN ATTORNEY FROM THE FREEBIE SITE, because I am fighting "A Brain-Tumor", that is growing in my Brain&neck!!
I was going to have to apply for a, oan to get this done, and Medicare, etc.etc.etc...
AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR MY SON'S DEBT---just because he has moved back home, with me and his sister????
