In June,2010 we had a what appeared to be a broken hose that destroyed our home. They demanded that we use a contractor who left our house a mess and did a terrible job and told me that no matter who I had bid this job he would get the job anyway and if you will tell the insurance company that this happened a certain way I can get you all kinds of better materials and a much more money. I reported this to my insurance company and the HOA. The HOA had no problem with in my opinion was fraud. After the bids where in this company did get the job even though there bid was not the lowest and certainly lacked the scope of work that another company had bid. I hired a lawyer to ask for mediation with the board they refused any type of mediation. the story goes on until the hoa sent a security officer to tell me to close a garage door at 7:30pm that I was in the midst of using and because I refused gave me 400. dollars worth of citations and refused to gice me the names of the guards that wrote these tickets. more to come
