miss becca white does diaper cakes I called her on the 28th of june assured her I needed my gift by the 9th of july,She said ok I purchased the diaper cake that day,She sent a picture when it was done. I emailed her on the second She said it was shipped and I would get my item on the 7th. I called on the 5th said I would like a tracking number She said ok. Never called back and today is the 8th I never got my package.I have called texted and emailed her She has never replied.I am a mother of 9,I don't have money to waste and I'm so hurt the gift was for my sister in-law and now I have no money to get another gift for tommorow.

I am the owner of Diaper Cakes by Becca. Lisa Moore, of Brooklyn, NY purchased a "Lots of Flowers' diaper cake from us. We created the diaper cake and added extra goodies onto the cake, at no charge. The July 4th Holiday weekend was coming up and our 3rd party shipping provider takes care of our shipping to make sure all cakes arrive in time for the big day (in th. is case...Lisa's sister-in-law's baby shower).

We had hoped that the cake would arrive on July 7th and this is what the USPS anticipated the arrival date to be. However, the cake did not go out for delivery that day but was delivered with delivery confirmation on July 8th.

Diaper Cakes by Becca has been playing a part of Baby Shower Celebrations since 2006. We PRIDE ourselves on never having a cake arrive late to the party. However, when cakes are ordered at the last minute and a holiday falls between the order-date and the needed-date...we utlize the built-in buffer day to insure the cake arrives in time. Ms. Moore, mother of 9, was sure that we had ripped her off and did not trust us to get it there on time. I cannot be responsible for whatever issues she has that lead her to believe my company was trying to rip her off.

But I am willing to bet that her diaper cake was the talk of that baby shower. Its a shame she didn't update this report to talk about THAT.
