Regarding Order Number JN51JQBK-DD:
I ordered two jackets from DinoDirect however I received two of the exact same jacket, which looked nothing like either of the jackets I ordered. I was able to get ahold of a customer service rep on the chat site who asked for pictures, I sent them and they replied back via email stating they were sorry for my inconvenience (which it was) and that they would allow me to ship the items back with a tracking number, at my own expense, to receive a full refund. I spent $50 USD to mail these jackets back and have the confirmation that they were delivered. After sending countless emails to DinoDirect (as there is no number you can call from the US) the only response I heard back was we will issue you a refund when the package actually arrives. I wrote back numerous times again stating that I had attached the tracking confirmation, which I was confused that they did not even take into account. My package has arrived and I have proof of it however they are telling me it hasn't. At this point I am continuing to send emails daily with absolutely no responses. I have given them so much money and received nothing for it and simply just want my money back! Regarding Order Number: KT9P48JK-DD
Before I realized how terrible of a company DinoDirect actually is I had made a second order. The item I ordered was out of stock so they told me I had to choose something from their website. I did so and that item was also out of stockyet another inconvenience. I finally got through to a customer service rep on the chat site who said I could simply get a refund as I refused to try and choose any other itemsI knew they would probably so be out of stock also. I received an email stating my refund was processed and to get in touch with DinoDirect if I didn't see it in my account in 7 business days. It has been 15 business days and still no refund has posted to my account. Again, I've received no product from DinoDirect but they've taken my money. I have sent multiple emails and now can't seem to get through on their chat line. I just need someone to accomplish these refunds for me. That is all I am asking!! If anyone out there can help I would greatly appreciate it.
