DO NOT SIGNUP WITH DIRECTV! YOU WILL BE SOOO SORRY IF YOU DO! People, they are Corporate Thieves and Gansters! Their business practices should be illegal. If someone knows of a Class Action Lawsuit against these thieves, please let me know at ! In short, I've been waiting for their return boxes and labels; to return their equipment. I am now with Comcast cable company, so I have no use or need for their equipment or remotes! For crying out loud, I don't even have their dish b/c of where i am now living. On last Friday, as usual, I scheduled on-line payments to my monthly creditors. On Sunday, I went to withdraw money from my account and discovered I only had $18 left! I don't have internet at home, so on Monday from work; I checked my bank account and discovered Directv has placed a $453.70 HOLD on my money! Of course I called them, and they told me about not returning their equipment. I "TRIED" to explain to their robots that I NEVER RECEIVED the return boxes or labels. They robotically kept saying the same thing, "they were delivered on 3/8". Okay, where and who signed is my questions. People! They didn't have my complete address in their system, nor do they require a signature when FedEX Delivers the boxes. Without a Signature Required, FedEx WILL NOT LEAVE YOU NOTICE THAT THEY WERE THERE OR TO COME PICK UP YOUR PACKAGE! Y? B/c they drop off your delivery with NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED so anybody could have picked up the delivery. WHY IS THIS LEGAL?? But, to continue; the apartment development that I've moved into has SECURED BUILDINGS. There is NO ENTRY WITHOUT A KEY! When I tracked my delivery, FedEX delivered at 5:09 p.m. on 3/8. I have work e-mails that are date and time stamped that I sent an e-mail to my manager at 5:07 p.m. on 3/8; so, I NEVER RECEIVED THEIR BOXES/LABELS TO RETURN THEIR EQUIPMENT! On top of that, I'm still waiting on their boxes. It never crossed my mind that they would do me so grimey when I am a stellar paying customer who didn't even request a credit when THEIR EQUIPMENT WENT OUT DURING THE RAIN STORMS AND SNOW STORMS! DO NOT LET THEM TELL YOU THAT IT DOESN'T B/C IT DEFINITELY DO! THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVING CORPORATE GANGSTERS! So, I continued to wait on their package to arrive. In the meantime, Directv WILL NOT SEND YOU A NOTICE THAT YOUR BOXES WERE DELIVERED, THEY WILL NOT SEND YOU A REMINDER NOTICE TO RETURN THEIR EQUIPMENT, THEY DO NOT ALLOW THEIR CUSTOMERS TO DEFEND THEMSELVES IN BEING ABLE TO SAY, "I NEVER RECEIVED THE RETURN BOXES AND LABELS", & THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS!" I am DEMANDING my full refund, and all NSF FEES, and LATE Charges, & Company RETURNED CHECK fees! I will let you know the status of that! I have written a letter to their corporate headquarters! I have filed a complaint on BBB and every consumer complaint website available! I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY BACK! Still on Monday, their Customer Srvc Rep "Arnie" told me at 8:46 a.m.; she was "overnighting" the boxes and labels to me at my work address. Today is WEDNESDAY and I still do not have the boxes & labels!!! I called on yesterday, Tuesday, April 19th and demanded to speak to the supervisor who claims to be Pauline! She too is PROGRAMMED AND ROBOTIC! She claimed the package was being sent that day! Whaaat??!!! It was 8:46 a.m. when Arnie claimed to be sending out the "overnight" package to me, and it's STILL not sent out! Yet, they HAVE NOW WITHDRAWN THEIR MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT AND have become PHONE GANGSTERS! OMG! I asked Arnie on Monday if I could give the equipment to their drivers? She said, "NO." I asked if I could box up and ship their boxes to them at MY EXPENSE? She said, "NO. You have to wait for our boxes and return labels." OMG WTF!! Unbelievable! So, here it is people! We only have ONE OPTION to return their equipment that they've hijacked our money for!! They send us the return package with NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED VIA FEDEX. Directv obviously feels their customers should be psychics to know when they will send the boxes and when they will be delivered b/c they don't notify you or give you a date when they will send out the boxes or when we can expect to receive their packaging/labels! They don't notify us that they are going to steal money out of account! They WON'T RETURN OUR MONEY until we WAIT on them to resend their return packaging/labels AND THEY RECEIVE THEIR EQUIPMENT that none of can do a damn thing with; without a freaking Directv Dish or Service to our homes! THIS IS A MAJOR SCAM, SCANDAL and is vicious business practices that should be unlawful! I WON'T STOP UNTIL I GET EVERY PENNY BACK AND WILL CONTINUE TO WRITE LETTERS TO EVERYONE IN LINE WITH PROTECTING CONSUMERS! I ask that you do the same and involve your friends and family! POST IT ON YOUR FACEBOOK, MYSPACE (IF U STILL HAVE THAT PAGE), SHARE WITH YOUR FOLLOWERS ON TWITTER, AT WORK, ON THE STREETS! LET'S SPREAD THE NEWS AND BOYCOTT DIRECTV! THEY DO NOT DESERVE OUR AMERICAN MONEY OR BUSINESS! My student loan payment, electric bill, and credit card payments are all RETURNED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT FUNDS b/c of what DIRECTV HAS STOLEN FROM ME! I was waiting on them to send their equipment b/c I CAN'T USE IT NOR DO I WANT IT! I NOW HAVE COMCAST CABLE SERVICE AND IT'S WORKING FINE! AND I'VE NEVER EVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH COMCAST STEALING MY MONEY! THIS PROVES THAT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! DIRECTV IS LESS EXPENSIVE...BUT THEN AGAIN...I HAVE NSF FEES AND A JACKED UP CHECKING ACCOUNT...WHICH IS COSTING ME! So is it really less expensive??? NOT IN MY BOOK! LET'S BOYCOTT!
