DirecTV Direct TV Unauthorized withdrawl from my account, and I have NEVER been a customer with DirecTV Greenbrier, Tennessee

Wow... where do I Start? First off, I have never been a DirecTV customer, and certainly never will. I have a pre-paid credit card, and had paid a bill for someone a couple of times, and due to this, when the "friend" closed their account with DirecTV, they felt obligated to completely empty out my account of $425.48. I am not rich, by any stretch of the immagination, and when I live paycheck to paycheck, and 2 days after I get paid, my account is emptied... I am screwed. I have had to put my 2 year old daughter to bed without a diaper, which is truley the absolute hardest thing I have ever done, I have gone hungry, parked my car and walked miles to get to public transportation just to get to work. (yes, while carrying my daughter to get her to the sitter) not to mention the amount of stress that all this has caused. I had to put an extention on my lights and phone and have those late charges, all because DirecTV emptied my account. This complete emptying of my account hurt me badly. I caught the charge litterly hours after it hit my account. I contacted DirecTV the minute that they opened for business, as the charge was on a Saturday. Sunday Morning I contact DirecTV to tell them what happened. The guy on the other end could not have been a nicer guy. He couldn't stop appologizing, and said that their policy to return the money takes 8-10 business days, but, I could get my money back quicker if I get my bank on the line and do a 3 way call with them and DirecTV, the money gets on there within a day or two. I thought this was reasonable. I did as requested. I waited for my bank to open an hour later. The 2nd DirecTV rep on the 3 way call did confirm to my bank that the money would be reversed. Her exact words were, the money would be on there immediately.... yes, immediately. I did ask her more than once. A great releif was given to me. I thanked her and hung up the phone. Remember, this was at about 9 or so in the morning. I was patient, and called to get my account ballance several times, and when it had not arrived by 4pm, I did call them back and ask where my money was. This person was not as polite as the previous 2 people. He told me, because I had paid the bill a couple of time for this person, my card became the new card on file, and would endure any cancelation fees... so the "escallation department" denied my claim. I was mortified. I know that $425.48 would not hurt a lot of people, but that amount of money literally killed me. I have called numerous times, somewhere around 20 or so including today. I have been told that I will not have my money returned, even though I have NEVER had an account. I have called DirecTV's cooperate office to try to get a resolution, and believe it or not, after being on hold (and this is true) for 1 hour, and 42 minutes, the un-kind person on the other end told me that "calling numerous times will not speed up the process." How can 2 people tell me that I will get my money back, one saying immediately, and then it seems that once that they denied the refund back on my card, horns sprouted out of everyone's heads. Again, this has to be illegal. I have never had an account with them... certainly never will, how can they legally wipe out my card when I have never signed a peice of paper with them. Nothing has urked me more than when they have said to me " it's in the contract, that any card used will be kept on file " Please, for the love of got, help me understand how I would know this when I have NEVER been a customer of theirs. Can anyone help? DirecTV really needs to be taken to the cleaners. *** Note, my Daughter is fine now, had to do some loans to get some bills paid, food and diapers, but she is fine now.
