ordered dish over the phone, they said they were running a xmas special. $55.55 1st year, $66.00 the second year guaranteed. No raises. Flat guaranteed. Liars. When lady called for installation I told her the ageement I had. No problem, that will be your rate, not a foriegner. Talked nice and ageeable. Nice dude came and installed it. I signed papers without reading them Never, never do this, I knew better but watching a bowl game......First bill $111.00, called, guy laughed at me and told me, not only that, it was going to $124.00 as soon as the promotional period was over. I am 69 years old living on social security. I've been screwed many, many times but not this bad. Please, please believe me. Do not do the dish. And if you do be sure to read every sentence (but let the guy install it first, so at least he'll have to take it down when you refuse to sign. I've told them I'm sending it back and they threated me with all kind of sh*t. I do not care. I am going to send it bad. Unscrupulous doesn't even begin to describe these sorry, no account lying, cheating pieces of sh*t. They have a good product, unless it rains. Why do have to screw you? Beware, believe me, rotten to the core.
