Dish Network Dish could care less about it's customers Internet

I recently relocated from an apartment to a new house while under contract with dish network. At the time of the service transfer I was assured by the technician that I would not have to worry about existing DISH equipment when I moved. I was told that I I could just leave it and they would "take care of it". I called them again shortly before my move to remind that they needed to pick up their equipment. Again, I was reassured that I wouldn't have to worry about the equipment at my old address, I just needed to take the receiver and remotes to my new address. At the time of my move out the dish was still on the property. I called DISH for the third time, and asked when they were going to take care of the dish. I was told that they could NOT come out and pick up the dish, that they couldn't be bothered to get it At the time of my walk-thru, before turning over the keys I was asked what I was going to do about the dish, that it couldn't stay on the property. Since I don't have the means at my disposal to manage moving this company's satellite dish I was forced to hire someone to move it for me. This cost me $65. I called DISH network again to advise them that I had to pay $65 to have their property removed from the apartment complex and that I would like my account to be credited for this amount. I was told by the DISH network representative that this couldn't be done, that "we don't reimburse". I was assured on multiple occasions that I didn't need to "worry about the equipment" when I moved. In the end I was forced to bear the cost of moving DISH's equipment myself. DISH network has been unreasonable and unwilling to hear my complaint. Their attitude is one of indifference, "not our problem" All I want is a $65 credit to my account to pay for me to take care of their mess.
