DLL Suite DLLSuite Software Does Not Work, Company Stalls Refunds - Then Does Not Reply Internet, Internet

Warning about this company's software called DLL Suite. It simply does not work. And your refund request will be stalled or ignored! The company offers a 30-day money back refund, but when you request the refund you are put into an endless loop of the exact same e-mail asking for details about your order. E-mails to other departments in this company are ignored. After the sale support is done by a different company, Avangate who can only request the refund for the software. They are powerless to give the refund. Be warned about this company's software. The web site is filled with apparent customers who claim the software is everything short of a miracle.

I totally agree! I keep getting emails from "support staff" that tell me in bad English to give them more details about my computer & disk drives.
No reply that indicates that they might even work on my refund. Fortunately I paid by VISA and am able to cancel the payment within 6 weeks.
