Double Down Casino on Facebook is ripping off its customers. People on this website pay for chips to play the games. They advertise 97% pay back which is a total lie. They take chips out of people accouts, the casino goes off line at during bonus spins and you never get your points. I urge anyone not to buy chips. This is how they make their money and then false advertise the payouts. When the game first came out it was alot of fun. But now they have altered things and all you can do is lose. You send them an email about lost chips and no one ever gets back to you. Totally unfair gaming practices.

Yes I agree with this statement, I have about 500 complaints copied off of how they have been unfair in the game, My chips went to zero after leaving the game, bugs and glitches in the game wrong pay outs, I have paid for chips and only get a couple hours of playing. The pays are wrong and I have seen it my self the chips dissapear from account, They are ripping off people, I asked for my money back and never got a reply. The replys that you do get are copy and paste. When you complain about the game you loose even more. Some thing is wrong when people are complaining so bad and they are not addressing it.
When you pay for a service you should get some thing, all you get is glitches in the game that they know about in the games and do not fix them. They should reinburse all money real money that people have payed them for ripping them off. Unhappy with Double Down Casino. Beware
