DRIVER MEDIC IS A SCAM. NOT AS ADVERTISED. WILL NOT ANSWER EMAILS, WILL NOT ISSUE REFUND Moorpark, California

Driver Medic sold me download software to automatically find outdated drivers in the computer software and quickly update the drivers with latest. The demo stated the Driver Medic would automatically and quickly up the drivers. This was not true, it put you into a lengthy routine that was difficult to work and or understand. I've asked Driver Medic to cancel my subscription and issue a refund. No return communications from this company.

I downloaded the program for my RCA MP3 which includes Drivermedic. I did not like the MP3 and took it back for a refund. I deleted and uninstalled all the program for the MP3, but it did not get rid of the Drivermedic called EZDock. An EZDock popup appears each time I open Windows. They will not answer the phone or respond to my emails. Does anyone know the physical address of Drivermedic????
