Dynamic Mortgage Solutions Joelle Addante Ripped me off on Two Loan Mods, now loosing both homes to foreclosure Internet

I had hired Joelle Addante,Pres. Dynamic Mtg Solutions by a referral from an attorney who at the time in Nov 2010 was representing my small business in a legal matter. I had my fears of paying a load mod company upfront but felt with a local attorney who directed me to Joelle, felt I was safe. I had been dealing with Joelle for months on these two loan mods. As with every other person who has complained, I to was put off, told papers were done, yet I kept hearing from the banks on my paperwork was not received. I to was told numerous times by Joelle she was handling the continued mods,not to worry so much. I also was blown off for return calls, heard about she was doing my mod thru her home office now, I have heard it all believe me right up thru AUg 2011 when she is no where to be found. To make the story even worse I paid Joelle for two loan mods $2050 each, (discount due to two) along with an additional $800.00 paid directly to this local attorney for doing my hardship letters for the two homes, per Joelle suggestion by using this attorney to do the letters . I never seen the letters that were done either after requests by me to Joelle. The same attorney was handling my small business legal matter so again felt I was safe. I was a complete idiot. I have had to take my small business into BK 11, that primarily due to the economy, file BK personal 13 and loose two homes all in one year. My homes will be gone on Dec 15. I have no recourse but to let them both go. Very Sad year for me. Hopefully Joelle will receive her just dues to all of us who she scammed. I to am filing with the Attorney General's office in Arizona .
