| This company fraudulently sells a license to become an affiliate for Mastercard and Visa. It is sold as a business opportunity in the state of Arizona. Calls are made to individuals that have filled out forms on the internet looking to get a job. The company tries to sell them a job stating they can not become a merchant rep unless they buy the license. They say is it required by the F.T.C. They also say that anyone that receives residual income from a job must be registered. They are not afiliated with Mastercard or Visa. Maybe they sell merchant account and that is all. They state in the phone call they are sponsored by these companies. These people that buy the license are currently looking to get ahead now they are required to buy a fraudulent license to sign up businesses for merchant accounts. The owner of the company Dan Treantos has been shut down with other telemarketing rooms. |

| I filed a complaint with the AZ Attorney General's office. They don't have the power to represent me as an individual consumer, but maybe if enough people complain they can do something. | Avoid these scumbags unless you want your money STOLEN. They won't even attempt to follow through on their contract and are bottom feeding crooks. Eric Lynch and Dan Treantos are crooks and prey on vulnerable homeowners. Also, beware of any loan officer or mortgage brokers that refer you to any company like this. They are given spiffs for referring customers and are just as crooked as these losers. |
