I placed a order for Burning Brush saplings via www.eBurgess.com , After 2 months, many phone calls with very rude customer service and unanswered emails and other emails saying they were shipped, but cant provide a tracking number. I never received the order. I finally checked the scam report and the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had done this prior to ordering. They have a grade of D- from the BBB with several hundreds of complaints. see Also, do a search on the scam Report. I filed a complaint with the Illinois Attorney Generals office, we will see how this goes. I suggest all others who have not received a satisfactory response from this company to visit this site and also file a complaint Hopefully this very unscrupulous company will be shut down.

Totally agree. Had the exact same experience with the. Read the Better Business Bureau website before ordering from this company. They operate under "eburgess.com" plus about 15 other names.
