This company has no word of honor. NDA's do not apply with this company. They do not honor it. They do not follow proper work ethics. Their other sites namely http://www.projectmigration.org/, http://www.tpmf.org/, http://www.urbanette.com/, http://www.eclickinteractive.com/. Outsourcing Companies or freelancers alike beware as they will give you the runaround. Always complains when it's payment time but gives a tall list of requests making you regret you ever dealt with them. They are unreachable when its collection time. And makes an effort to poach employees from the companies they deal with. They contact them secretly to steal the staff. I'll show you evidence in my future reports.

This was filed by a horrible outsourcing company who tried to rip me off

I can only imagine that someone in senior management at Hubport Interactive (Philippines) posted this because:

A) Hubport Interactive in the Philippines is the only programmer / staffing outsourcing company I've used in years.

B) I had just posted an article on one of my websites about the absolutely awful experience I had with Hubport Interactive (with tips on how to avoid companies like this in the future, and catch them in their lies), to warn people about outsourcing scams: (((Redacted)))

C) An ex-Hubport Interactive employee made a Facebook "Comment" on my article (linked above) that said:

"The work setting of a company I previously worked for is accurately described here. :-O and it's mentioned here. How surprising... hahahaha :D ...Thank God, I resigned from that company."

It was later deleted, my guess is at Hubport's demand.

D) Hubport Interactive is the only company I offered to hire someone away from (yes, I freely admit it - it was after my contract expired), and only after I found out that they were severely lying to me and cheating me, and had staff complain confidentially that Hubport Interactive is treating their employees horribly, and paying them very little. Being the ethical person I am, I offered to pay him many multiples of what he was making at Hubport Interactive (because I felt it was not ethical to pay him less), but he was under contract with Hubport and could not leave.

I later realized -- since other very junior Hubport coders had left comments in my code and I spoke with them at length -- that my "senior" programmers were only coding for me very part-time while coders with literally zero experience -fresh out of school- worked on my very complex sites the rest of the time. I was also made aware that much of the time that I paid for nobody worked on it at all. It all made sense in hindsight - all the days where I could barely reach anyone, the changes in chat style, the sloppy coding mistakes, having to repeat instructions multiple times, etc.

I wrote my article to warn others, as I wish I had been able to read an article like this before I [unfortunately] started dealing with Hubport Interactive: (((Redacted)))

E) Hubport Interactive is the only company I have ever had a billing dispute with. When I tried to cancel with Hubport Interactive, they tried to immediately put through an extra charge on my AMEX of over $6000. saying that there had been a monthly billing error for almost two years, and that they just learned of it. I proved via emails and contract that this was not the case, but they still tried to make the charge go through the same-day as they sent their email notifying me of it. I have AMEX to thank for viewing the evidence and reversing the charge. So yes, of course I complained about that! The rest of the payments they just pushed through on my credit card monthly without even asking for authorization.

F) Hubport Interactive is the one who broke our NDA when they gave access to my live site, database and code to fresh-out-of-school junior programmers while lying and promising that only my supposedly "dedicated" super-senior-and-experienced (all lies!) programmers were working on my complex and mission-critical site.

I am a VERY ethical person and I am devoting my life (and financial savings) to helping others. I have been nothing but extremely ethical and very generous in my dealings with staff, who in many cases I have considered to be my friends.
