They wanted to turn the 50 Jerome Building into an all adult building. So they evicted people illegally. The tenants had no chance for staying because the management at the time lied about each tenant, so the eviction went forth. When it came to me, I thought I would win, because of my evidence. I had letters of recommendation for my children; I had no key to the
Sauna because we never used it. They said my kids flooded and spit on the windows in the sauna. My kids never entered there and they were always with me, supervised. My kids were well-mannered, home-schooled children and it didnâ€™t
matter what I said to Judge Mattina because she was menopausal, anyway. She called my children â€œliarsâ€ and disregarded everything I had brought for my complaint. My rights were not only violated by Effort Trust, but they were also violated by the Tribunal Court System. They affected my credit and I am apparently on the list of â€œDysfunctional Tenantsâ€. So watch out and remember: always take your Landlords/Superintendents to Court, document everything that happens, take pictures to cover your ass and last but not least, when it comes down to money, they donâ€™t care about you or your health.
