Electronic arts Origin, the sims 3, Electronic Arts continues to sell computer games that are broken and unplayable. Redwood City , California
14th of Dec, 2011 by User458419
Electronic Arts sells "The Sims 3" computer games that are incompatible with Macs, however the labels on the games claim that they are compatible with Macs and PC. Mac users continue to experience problems with expansion packs that crash, freeze and are otherwise unplayable. Patches are released to fix PC problems but the Mac problems continue to accumulate without any acknowledgement from EA. We are asked to reinstall the games , and that never works. Costumer service is appalling, I have to wait half an hour on average to get someone on the line, they have no information on patches for Mac and they continue to ignore the Mac problems
