His service and company are a scam. They charge you $200.00 to do a check and the website states that the results will be provided in 24 Hours to 14 Days (then they state that this is only an estimate and it may take longer).

What you don't know is that they will not contact you with the results because in the fine print it states that for $200.00 you cannot call them for your results. You must wait 30, 60 90 days until they contact you.

If you contact them they will cease and desist on your requested investigation because you contacted them instead of waiting for their results (they call it violating your contract with them to wait no matter how long). A client is supposed to wait indefinitely. This supports their no information, no fee policy because they are still working on your case after 30, 60 or 90 days, so they don't have to give you your money back.

The only way you can get updates on your case is by signing up for another $300.00 when you initially request your investigation for $200.00. So for an additional $300.00 they will reportedly talk to you concerning your $200.00 requested investigation. They threaten to bill you for $75.00 an hour if you ask for an update after the 24 Hour to 14 day estimate expires.

If they provide information, it is the same information you can get on any of the free reverse email websites on the internet or the free whois databases on the internet. Mr. Opperman and staff (he probably doesn't has any staff but a wife or relative) will ask you for additional information about your harassing email address so that he can identify your email harasser. When you provide additional information for him to assist you in your case, he will say that they did additional investigation on your additional information and should have charged you extra for that additional investigation. If they provide any information for you, it will be the mundane, free info that any child could obtain from a Google internet search. They provide this free information so that their No Information, No fee policy doesn't apply to you.

Do not waste your money and but if you don't believe this ripoff report and must see for yourself, pay by credit card so you can charge back your credit card when he rips you off. See his Breach of Contract communication herein listed below, that he sent to us because we wanted our results and it was almost 60 days later.

Notice of Withdrawal

This letter will serve as notice that I am withdrawing from your case. This is due to your breach of our contract by:

1. Repeatedly requesting free consultations and case updates when you ordered a flat fee investigation.

2. Placing deadlines and timetables on my investigation.

3. Attempting to modify and misinterpret the No Hit No Fee policy.

1.Email and Telephone Consultation : Email or Telephone consultation is available at a rate of $75 per hour The searches and investigations do not include email or telephone consultations, updates or progress reports. If we require further information or request a telephone interview to obtain more information to complete your order or investigation there is no additional fees or charges. However if you request a consultation or progress report we reserve the right to bill you at the pro rated fee of $75 per hour. All invoices are due immediately upon receipt. Outstanding balances over 30 days will be charged 1.5% interest per month.

Every time you have contacted us we have had to review and update your file only to find you have no funds in your account for email or telephone consultation.

2. You have also breached our contract by attempting to place a deadline on our investigation after agreeing:

Estimated Turn round Time: Each investigation or search is unique and may require additional time. The turn around times are just an estimation and should not be construed as a "dead line" for your order to be completed.

3. Your are again in breach of our contract by making demands for a refund based on an attempt to modify the No Hit no Fee clause after agreeing:

When a NO HIT/NO FEE DISCLOSURE is posted - that means exactly that should NO INFORMATION WHATSOEVER be able to be obtained on a SUBJECT - then NO FEE WILL BE CHARGED for the Search.

Q: I don't have all the information to completely fill out the order form. Can I fill it out partially?

A: You you can fill out the order forms with the information you know and we can attempt to locate the rest of the information for you. i.e.: Headers, SS# but this is not covered under a flat fee search and is not covered under the No Hit No Fee policy.

Your final 4 page report was completed and delivered via email on 12/04/2010 and include 5 hits as well as 5 email address comparisons not billed in your original order.

Once again I advise you to read the terms and conditions you agreed to when retaining our services. This is a legally binding contract. If you do not understand this agreement please consult with an attorney.
