Empire collect two payments of $750 for loan modification. They gaurenteed one of seven programs to be accepted. I was denied and it has been 13 months trying. they have not returned over 30 calls to there office. all representives that were at there company , i have been told they no longer work for empire.

dave gotterup is a crook and should be behind bars...
while you're trying to collect your money he's thinking of a new way to scam someone else.

My husband and I have now lost $6, 000 to this crook. He got ahold of our bank account number and withdrew as much as he could. David Gotterup and his buddy Michael Anderson... you will get yours. What goes around comes around. Its just a shame that we won't be there to see it because when you get what you deserve- it will be good. First they were Express then they were Empire now, who knows? Someday their children will be visiting them in their jail cell or graveside when someone they rip off really loses it.
Sleep well Mr. Gotterup. I'm sure your life now is very luxurious with all our money and the money of the thousands you scammed. Remember this life is short and soon you will be answering to someone you can't scam.
