I purchased a home warranty from this company on 7/2010. In Nov 2010 I had a faulty appliance that needed to be replaced. After 4 days of trying to get hold of a "live" person at this company, a person by the name of Jonathan answered and "took the claim" After being given the run-a-round for about 13 days, I finally hired a service technician to check my appliance because thiscompany could not find a service technician in my area. The technician verified thatthis appliance needed to be replaced. 2 days later we (my husband and I) were able to get a hold of jonathan whospoke to the technician and approved the claim. That evening we received an email from the company asking that we fax them receipts for the appliance, this was done the very next morning, that was on 12/17/2010. To this day, we have not been able to get a "live" person at this company nor have they answered the multiple e-mails and faxes sent with request for our check. I have reported this company to the BBB who closed the report due to no response from the company. I have complained to the DE attorney generals office and was instructed to contact the indiana attorney generals office. apparently the address they show on their website is a "mail drop." We have contacted other companies at the same building whose address this company uses in DE and have been told no one uses suite 301. Do not purchase a warranty from this company, it is a fake!
