Encore Nationwide Will not honor contract. Chicago, Illinois

Have worked with Encore Nationwide before 2011 and something has happened to this company, my friends and I work tons of gigs for other big name promotional companies and are paid pretty fast. However, Encore is making up its own rules, for instance I worked a few gigs in a month that were to be paid in net 30 days, however we are at 3 months and have not received my paychecks, in access of over $1000.00. And its just not me, i have 2 other friends that were field managers for this company and some are waiting now 12 weeks and still no money. Verbal and written contracts are something to be aware of here people, when companies like Encore decide its independent contractors are not worth their time, you have to do something about it and not just stand by idle and forget about your hard work, in this case suing and tarnishing the companies image, it seams is the only way to get their attention. So be warned, you might not get paid! My message to Encore is, the promotional community is small so when you try to screw other independent contractors word spreads like wild fire and experienced promoters will want nothing to do with you.
