Endura Financial Fed Credit Union Overpriced forced Insurance Minneapolis, Minnesota
22nd of Mar, 2011 by User777127
My insurance broker made an error when transferring my insurance from one company to a lower priced company and there was a 3 day gap. The yearly policy amount for the forced insurance was $1300. Endura Financial charged me $300 for the 3 day coverage. I understand mistakes happen with the broker. It was not noticed by the credit union for about 60 days past the gap that a gap even existed. They used this opportunity to get extra cash at my expense and should be ashamed of themselves for this type of behavior. I would never use them again, and would advise others to avoid them.
