Enterprise Customer mistreat- lied to- mis-informed Normal, Illinois

I had recently rent a car for the weekend and where I had recieved the car from- the service was excellent its just when I had dropped the car off at was a pain and the most horrible service for anything I had ever recieved. Well I had called about 30 mins prior to dropping the car off to see if they could drop me off back at my new apartment. The women that I had spoken to stated that there would not be a problem with doing so. So I had dropped the car off around 9:30 a.m. While I was talking to the woman at the counter she then told me that they would not be able to drop me off at my house due to being busy- okay there were 5 women in that office and they were carrying conversations and seemed not to be working. There was no customers in the store location besides me so it threw me off. So I did not argue once I just decided to walk home now my finace was out of town and I just moved to this city so i had no clue how the bus system works (ive never taken a city bus) nor did i have any resources in calling a cab and so on so i decided to walk home- I had walked for 4 hours and it was a total of 6.5 miles from that location to my house. So the next day I had called enterprise customer care to file a complaint and this is where the fun begins. I had spoken to several customer service reps-and even filed a report to an area Manager which I thought things would start to look better for how i viewed enterprise- well I thought wrong. He had gave me a "free rental" which will cost me $130.00 so its technically not free- not including the deposit and also was going to place the the "one-way" fee and the "young driver" fee back on to my debit card. which was a total of 85.00. Which i agreed to it. Well I had spoke to him last week on Monday when he called me to find out exactly what was going on with that store that i had dropped the car off at. Well its been a week and a half- still havent recieved my refund back to my debit card he refuses to call me back. Customer service is not suppose to be like that and if thats how they are running there business then I dont want anything to do with that company- So they have lost a customer....
