Michelle actually called to make an appointment to explain how the magazine ad deal would work. She came to our business and it turned out the magazine would not be placed at the closest grocery location so she gave me double the tv commercial spots. Signed the 'contract' and was to be billed monthly. Ads were to show up in magazines after artwork received and finalized; sent artwork to some guy (assuming a fake email address). Never got a final proof of print ad and never could reach a live person to get details on the commercials. Checked the grocery store where magazines were to be placed and they were NEVER delivered. Checked with the tv network they claimed to be contracted with and they confirmed there was NEVER an agreement with the company for any advertising. Filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company and it is currently in their hands. Paid over $1000 and hope to get it all back.

I am curious as to the results of this entry/investigation... as I was hired by a guy to call business to business for him, the second marketer after he hired a man, or young man I should say. I never was compensated to the verbal agreed amount (what his ad stated he'd pay) and I certainly hope the appts that turned into sales are indeed legitimate, as I reside in the area I was calling, and actually made a sale for him to my favorite Pizza restaurant!
