I purchased an oil painting course on DVD,s from Ethan Semmel/Jamaweb inc. back in Oct. of 2010. I payed over $200.00 for it. The course never arrived and calls and e mails to Ethan and is company go unreturned.

This guy scams using the Fresh Beat Band name. I'd signed up for a newsletter that was supposed to be for the band. I would receive FBB vIa email. The guy started selling $80 jackets of which it seems only a few have been delivered.

In February I ordered Fresh Beat Band t-shirt from these emails, trusting it was from an authorized, licensed company for Nick Jr. As of today, April 21, no T-shirt, refund or explanation has arrived. All emails have been ignored. The phone number he supplies on his site, through Paypal and other places is fake. He is also on eBay under the same name. He sells oil paintings and courses that don't get delivered. The guy is a scammer. Karma will arrive.
