Exmovere Holdings, Inc. David Bychkov SCC, SEC, Scam, International Fraud, Violation of Stop Sell Agreement Mclean, Virginia
16th of Jul, 2011 by User979093
David Bychkov may be in violation of his stop-sell order. http://x3m.exmovere.com/index.php German Site http://x3m.exmovere.com/index-en.php English Version After his signed stop-sell agreement with the state of Virginia, Exmovere Holdings, Inc. is listing their Virginia contact information on the following German websites, obviously intended to attract new investors. By this listing, it would reason that Bychkov is still doing (or attempting to) complete financial transactions from his home (since it is believed he now has a virtual office and not a real one in McLean). His ability to access email in the United States to communicate with these potential German investors may also constitute a crime, since this aids him in the sale of stock. If everyone who reads this will spend a short amount of time following these links, we cam alert international authorities and possibly stop this man in his tracks. David Bychkov has ruined many personal fortunes and lives and wiped out hundreds of dollars worth of savings - by the sale of unregistered stock. Report Bychkov to Interpol http://www.interpol.int/public/contact.asp
Report Bychkov to the State of Virginia SCC http://www.scc.virginia.gov/publicforms/127/complaint_form.pdf
Report Bychkov to the FBI Washington DC office (202) 324-3000
Report Bychkov to the SEC here.......https://denebleo.sec.gov/TCRExternal/questionaire.xhtml

I was shopping for a new Windows XP Pro operating system, in the original unopened retail box, to include as a gift with a new computer that I built, recently. I happened to find an ad from Tek-Micro showing a big picture of exactly what I was looking for. There it was. It showed a brand new Microsoft XP Professional retail box. A smaller second picture showed the back side of what looked like a standard Microsoft operating system CD with new COA, in a new plastic covered package that I recognized from buying many operating systems in the past. I checked the ad, noting the usual multitude of paragraphs containing Microsoft features, system requirements, a product video by Microsoft telling how great Windows XP is, and more importantly, the fact that the product being sold was a "new" Microsoft, full installation XP Pro package. I ordered it. When the package came, I found it was not the "new" Windows XP retail box as shown in the ad. It was a plain brown corrigated cardboard box. The box didn't contain a new genuine Microsoft XP Pro CD. It held a Dell reinstallation CD. It also didn't contain a new, unused COA. It had an obviously peeled off, used COA from some previous install. Not only was none of what I received, fit for the gift I had intended to include with a new computer, but I had found similar offers of Dell reinstallation CDs being sold, while shopping for the new XP Pro system, for much less money. I had skipped over these cheaper reinstall CDs to get a "new" genuine Microsoft OS. Contacting the company had little effect. Some customer service guy named Victor, pretty much said it was my fault, because halfway down the second page of the ad, in fine print said that the picture on the first page was a representation. Of course it was a representation. It happened to be representing exactly what I was looking for. But it's not what I got! My repeated complaints about the deceptiveness of their ad was getting no where, so in frustration, I decided to stop arguing about it with someone who obviously wasn't going to change anything and create this Ripoff Report, instead. I only hope that others might notice this report before buying into Tek-Micro's plan to fleece more of the public with their "spin" advertising ethics.

Please hold for the next representative, your call is very important. I have been on hold with Verizon for 1hour and 4 min. now. It's a Saturday night. I wanted to watch the Saturday night movie, the only new movie for the month. Knight and Day. Found it on menu, and selected it. Channel 899 which is a HD channel. It was all pix elated. ( not clear) Then it said channel not available, so I called the number on the screen. Tried to enter the quick code provided, to no avail. I called the toll free number displayed on the screen. After 10 automated options, I got the message, our offices are closed. Please try again. This isin't my first time calling about problems, and beeing lost in the automatet system. So I called 800-verizon and selected a new service, ( just pick one). I had a representative on the phone in less than 2 min. The representative gave me the number for Tech. support 877-600-2051 . 1 hour 23 min now. still on hold. ( I'm stuborn ) And the worst thing is, the hold music is as clear as the chanell I wanted to watch. You would think they could get that right. Considering the high quality service they claim to provide. Nothing is worse than being on hold for an hour and a half, listening to distorted sounds resembling music. LOL 1 hour 45 min. I think I'll hang up now. Thanks for reading. And If someone can tell me how to add video and audio to this post I will show you what I have to look at and listen to ( when on hold with Verizon )

I received a letter from Maxwell Gates with an offer to stuff envelopes. I paid the one time application fee, a money order of $199.00 and sent it via overnight night mail to Maxwell Gates in Mendham, NJ. I sent the money order on June 29, 2011. I have not received the letters or the envelopes as of July 7, 2011 although the letter indicated all materials would be sent to me immediately. Stock solicitation?

David Bychkov is a very honest person. He would never steal money from anyone. It's been dificult to invent products, take a small company trading public, and have a married life. David would always help people in need. The company will succeed because David Bychkov is an honest individual that many people are jealous of his successes. Sure, over the years he's been overweight, had a bad temper, but has never lost his fortitude for life and his inventive visions to help make society a better place for all of us to live. Everyone thinks David stole money or did fraud to investors. David in no-way or manner defrauded anyone of any investment capital. All money was used to benefit the advancement of the company while David never even took a salary. David is one of the most unselfish people I've met in my life. David's wife Nadia would never put up with a dishonest husband. She is a woman of the highest principles. Good things will hapen for Exmovere Holdings, Inc. and all investors.
