They stole my money

My story is the same as the others. Ordered free sample. Charged 84.00. Told I did not cancel in time. So I cancelled, then received another pkg. and another 84.00 charge. Asked for RMA# immediately. Followed instructions to a tee for return. I had RMA# printed on outside of pkg. in 2" letters. They said I could not get refund because receiving dept said there was no rma# on outside of pkg, but could get a reshipment. I conceded because I knew I was out the money. They said would ship in 3-5 days. I waited and waited. Now calling they said It had been too long for a reshipment. That I would get no money, no product, and not even a kiss while I got screwed. They are thieves, frauds, and felons. Emma and Sarah Ivory White---you sign all the emails but you refuse to talk to me on the phone.

A clerk at a store took my $5 after marking it and said it was fake and he couldn't return the bill to me. He then said the law required him to destroy the bill so he ripped it once and kept it. I read the secret service web site is and there is no law saying they have to destory it. In fact they say the clerk is to keep it, get all the info they can from the passer, Don't handle it and put it in an envelope and call the police or Secret Service. I feel this this guy scammed me and taped the bill back together after I left and kept it for him self. Anyone else ever have this happen to them?
