Everything said above is true. I helped Mike Quoc start Factoidz, and I witnessed how he scams people. Thanks for the warnings. However, I'm a strong believer, that if you are going to bad-mouth a man's business or his personal ethics, you have a responsibility not only to speak the un-spun, unexaggerated truth, you need to sign your name to it -- Just sayin' ! :-)
