Finkelstein and Timberger Horrible living conditions. Time to make it known Bronx, New York

Somewhere on the internet it has to be known the deplorable conditions of 2910-08 Valentine Ave owned by Finkelstein and Timberger. For some reason the landlord refuses to fix the pointing of the brick on the outside of the building. This has resulted in water POURING in our walls and ceilings like Niagara Falls. Buckets had to be changed every hour because they were overflowing with cloudy brown murky water. The windows have been replaced, but only to result in the frames rotting and deteriorating due to mold and water damage. We now have MOLD growing in every room of our apartment along the entire wall. White mold, blue mold, black mold you name it. We even had MUSHROOMS growing from our ceiling. At first I thought it was an egg sack because of the white dots it had on it, but it was a MUSHROOM! We've had 4 already growing in our bedroom. We are not the only tenants. Other tenants have mushrooms growing as well, and another tenant is only living in one room of their apartment because of the mold in the other rooms. The super does nothing, and when is called to fixed the problem, he wants to know "who was dying?" The water has now penetrated the floor boards and is damaging the entire floor of one of our rooms. Paint is falling and chipping off all of our windows...which probably include lead paint. Upon entry, our apartment is humid and has a moldy stench. When we wake up in the morning and blow our noses there is black soot that comes out. We are literally getting sick with headaches, rashes, and other allergic reactions. There was a crazy mouse problem that we have had to handle ourselves by stuffing Brillo pads into the holes. Otherwise we could hear the mice running around in the walls, ceilings and floors. We found mouse feces on our couches, counters, and closets. I even saw a report that one tenant left for the super saying that feces were found in their child's crib! At night, they scratch at the holes to try to get in. Every radiator in our apartment has a large hole in the floor that the mice eat at to make bigger so that they can climb out. The people in this building for the most part are good people, and are trying to gather together to achieve change. However, every repair that is done to the building results in rent hikes from F&T. So, not only do tenants have to beg for the bricks to be fixed, but in the long run, they will end up paying for it as well. I spoke to someone in the office and their basic answer is that nothing is going to be fixed anytime soon. Then they try to refer us to move into another building 211 Bedford Park Blvd, only to find out that there are tons of empty apartments there because of a BED BUG INFESTATION. This management company can not get their act together, and recently just acquired a whole slew of other buildings. Google it. It appeared in the I think. I would stay FAR AWAY from any building owned by Finkelstein and Timberger, formally known as Finkelstein and Morgan. I will add some photos so you can see that I am NOT making this up! Other than my complaint with F&T, and comments on the building itself: DON'T move here unless you like hearing Hallelujah! Praise Jesus! ALLLLL day Sunday and some Saturday mornings. The church across the street has no consideration for it's neighbors who choose to worship in other places. They even run a worship weekend (or whatever you call it) once a year in August where they sing at the TOP of their lungs 24 hours a day for 3 days straight. It's as if they are in your living room singing in front of you. Oh, and according to F&T dogs are not allowed, yet there are a good 4+ tenants that have them. So if you love hearing barking through out the night because of paper thin walls and floors, this is not the place for you.
