First American Home Buyers Protection Poor Service, No Help With Problems, Rude Representatives Santa Rosa, California

Do not use First American Home Buyers Protection. They send out incompetent service personnel. We went six days without hot water because they first sent an unqualified plumbing technician, then sent an unqualified electrician, then another plumbing technician, each throwing the problem back and forth. They installed a defective water heater then claimed it was an electrical problem, the electrician claimed it was a plumbing problem, and First American just wanted to send more people out, all during the week - expecting someone to stay at home and wait. When escalated to supervisors at First American they said there was nothing they could do about it, were very rude, and when asked to speak to another supervisors they disconnected me. I had to have my own plumber install a new water and First American said they would not reimburse me.
