First World Wide Industries Inc First Choice Design Confirmed order for MS Office 2010 @ $79.99. Charged PayPal acct, but never delivered software or

I ordered Microsoft Office 2010 software from First Choice Designs on 1/31/13 and paid $79.99 via PayPal. The order supposedly included free shipping. I received an emailed confirmation on 3/31/13 saying my order had been shipped. The confirmation came from: , however when I later tried contacting them via this email address, it came back as undeliverable. The address on the invoice in Galesburg, IL and the phone number (866/888-9189) were also bogus. I subsequently contacted PayPal to file a complaint after receiving nothing and trying to contact the company. After researching and contacting the "seller", PayPal informed me that the with the Seller's PayPal Transaction ID: 2S79348594500221B and said that the seller responded to PayPal's request for shipment tracking information and that the seller's response had indicated the software had been "digitally delivered" to me. PayPal said their policy does not covered digitally delivered products. There was no record of any tracking information and I never recevied an email for digital delivery from First World Wide Industries.
