I'll first explain the job as I got it: Craigslist ad -> emailed the Staffing Service -> Filled out employment paperwork. Near the job starting (about 5 days from today) I received a call from FleXasoft telling me I was missing paperwork for my job on the 4th. They had all the right details. I explained which staffing service I was through and that I had everything at the office already. About 30 minutes later they call back offering 11.5 for the job (trying to outbid the staffing service I'm with). I asked for the information and sent it straight to the staffing service I'm with. They didn't even have my exact current information. I sent the wrong resume into the Staffing service I'm with and corrected it on site. The information they sent me had the old information on it. I'm assuming they either purchased this information or it was a hack job. As I doubt anyone in there is making money on the side sending out this information to competitors. Watch out if you get contacted by them.
