The current company name is Florida Beach Destinations (they change names every couple of years) They promise you discounted vacations, but in fact there prices are $100 to $200 higher than regular price (I have better rates with RCI for $75 a year). If you want your money back, you need to file complaint with the Federal Trade Commision Here is the address: Federal Trade Commission

By this person's own admission: he felt buyer's remorse and requested a refund which we wouldn't give him. The person has retaliated against Florida Beach Destinations by posting numerous, false complaints on the internet.

As I told this person - Florida Beach Destinations has not changed names. We have always been Florida Beach Destinations. While you can purchase a membership in RCI for a little under $100.00 per year, this membership doesn't include a wide variety of options our membership would give you. So any reference to someone signing up with RCI and having the same benefits as our service provides in inaccurate and incorrect.

What this particular person does not state in any of the complaint postings is the fact when looking for a condo in Las Vegas the best price this person found was $518 + tax for a studio unit. We found a 1 bedroom unit for $243 + tax. The one bedroom unit on the site where the studio unit was found cost $718 + tax for the week. I guess it is convenient this person leaves these facts out of all the complaints being posted.
