I have been reading the reports filed about this company and now must write my own. I responded to a work at home ad from The Auction Employment Training Institue. It seemed like a way to suplement my teaching retirement income. I then received a call from Fortune Learning Systems with an offer to upgrade so I could create an internet business with residual income and make even more with less work. The offer was to receive 6 months of training and help with all setup and business information I would need to create, run, and succeed at my at-home business. All they wanted from me was an endorsement when I was finished. However, there were several financial investments needed. It seems, after reading some of the other reports that the amount of these investmens vary greatly from person to person. Maybe they are calculated on the amount of credit each individual has available to them. At any rate, my training started and seemed to be going well until two weeks ago when my scheduled mentoring call did not take place. Since that time I have sent several e-mails to my mentor with no response. The telephone number at first simply did not work then I received a voice message stating that all the reps. were busy with other clients and that I could e-mail and they would respond as soon as possible because I was a "valued client". I followed this instruction and have yet to hear anything from anyone! One of the requirements I was asked to fufill before starting the program was to promise to never quit. What a joke! I am still willng to continue establishing my business on my own but the training site is now down as well. So there is no way to even continue alone. I am also available to join any class action suit that is initiated. I am out almost $16,000. My retiremet income just became much smaller. |
