Fredreick J Hanna & Associations Illegeally Garnished My Pay Check Marietta, Georgia

Chrisiti Mackiewicz a paralegal with Fredrick J Hanna & Associates
subpoena my mortgage company and car company demanding
information about my payment history, how I was paying my debt,
and information they had on file concerning me including the
orginal application.
Two weeks later I recieve a copy of a Garnishment notice my
employees recieved from Fulton County Magistrate Court
that was hand delivered by a Marshall stating that 25% of my
salary will be garnished from my paycheck to be paid to
Fredrick J Hanna & Associates on behalf of Unifund which
is representing Citibank. Citibank chargedoff this account in
2004. I never recieved a court order or any information about
a court order and when I should appear in court.
They have been taken illegally since December 1st, 2010
$195 a pay period. I haven't received any information or statements
regarding this account. I got behind on my mortgage as a result
of this injustice & I can't afford to continue to give them this much
money a month. I only bring home $780 a mth to pay my real bills
and live off.
I want to know how I can stop this injustice and recover the money
they've already stolen. They aren't paying it to Citibank and the information
hasn't changed on my credit report in a positive way that they
are recieving funds for that debt. My real creditors are reporting me
as beening late now because of this injustice.
They should be put out of business.
