Fresh Flowers 4 Less Breech of Contract - Rip Off Las Vegas, Nevada

Back in October of 2012 we bought into a wholesale flower franchise from two guys named Ron Wermes and Mark Sabraw. We thought these guys were on the up and up and that they we were buying into a legitmate business that could help our family make money. We were very wrong. These guys stole from our family. We have an 18 month old and a 3 year old. They should be ashamed of themselves. We got laughed in the face by many people in the flower industry for buying into such a foolish business. Ron and Mark refused to return our money back to us after begging them several times. The guys breeched the contract that we stupidly signed in several ways described below... Things written in the contract that have been breeched...1. We were running the business for a month and a half and still never received any training manuals, online training, webinars or training in person (as stated in the contract). (Page 2, Paragraph 6 and Page 7, Paragraph 3)2. We did not receive any sort of marketing materials. 3. The contract offers continued support, the only way we got any sort of support is from one guy who usually takes at least 24 hours to get back to us.4. It mentions an online ordering system, we have never seen or been shown how to use an online ordering system that it describes in this contract.5. The franchise disclosure that was emailed to us was blank. The men never supplied any information to us in the disclosure document that we should have had. It said to name everyone who has ever bought into the franchise. It only named two people, who I believe are in on the entire scam. It did not name everyone, because I have since spoken to a few people who also were fooled by these men who were not listed on the document.

All this is True, it is happening to me at this time everybody should run away from these two guys.
