| Hi There,I've recently come into a lot of money via a death in my family and am looking to invest it in property. Looked on the internet a few weeks back and came across this company - Fresh Start Living.I spoke one of the sales guys on Friday 1st July at FreshStart Living and asked who was the Managing Director there and was told it is Andrew Camilleri so I went away to do my due diligence on him.In the insolvency register (www.insolvency.gov.uk) It says that Andrew Camilleri is bankrupt, I've provided the link belowhttp://www.insolvency.gov.uk/eiir/IIRSearchNames.asp?court=SALF_Salford&courtname=SALF_Salford&office=&officename=&OPTION=NAME I've spoken to my solicitor and he said that if a Managing Director is bankrupt then he can't be a Managing Director or have anything to do with running the show at Fresh Start - apparently that is illegal.I called Freshstart Living back again and spoke to a person with a very broad manchester accent called Paul and asked him who the managing director was again just to make sure and he confirmed it's Andrew Camilleri. I then asked him whether Andrew is in the office so I could speak to him, Paul told me he wasn't available but that he is really passionate about the company and around alot and manages the whole company and will meet up with people if they come to their office.I put the phone down because I got massively concerned that not only is the managing director bankrupt but after looking at previous comments on here a lot of people where saying bad things and that the company has countless accounts set up on companies house - it all looks very dodgy. Has anyone on here bought from Fresh Start Living? Am I getting this wrong or should I stay away?I've got over 2 million to invest and need to ensure I invest it in the right way! Please Help! Bob |

| FSL are not paying rents to many owners of student pods at the Greenock Halls site. They do not reply to customer inquiries, do not pay rents, do not provide information about the HMO registration for the units, do not do their job in general |

| Hi Bob, i know you posted yuour comments on freshstart some time ago but i have just had a good friend come to my office asking about freshstart. We are a property general practice company Jolley & Co doing eveything fro residential sales to land agency diesign and architectural work and advice cilents on property in general. i was interested to read you comments and will now do some more ibnvestigation as apparently anther friend of hers has already invested. Fresh Start Living Limited has approached creditors with a view to agreement to a CVA (company voluntary arrangement). It is insolvent.
Any creditor considering this option should bear in mind that the director of Fresh Start Living Limited, Philip Wright, placed his last company (Wrightchoice Developments Limited) into a CVA which failed.
Wrightchoice Developments Limited is now in liquidation. The value of creditors is £6million.

FSL Management Montgomery Limited trading as Fresh Start Living placed into liquidation
RSM Tenon has been appointed by the Secretary of State as liquidators to FSL Management Montgomery Limited following a winding up order made earlier this week. The company traded with a number of other companies under the name of Fresh Start Living.
The company has been placed into liquidation following the non-payment of rent in excess of £140k to investors in Montgomery House, a student property in South Manchester. Students living at Montgomery House will be unaffected by the Liquidation.
A spokesperson from RSM Tenon commented “we are liaising closely with the investors during our on-going investigations in order to support them throughout this process”.
