Poor customer service, no refund

I ordered 2 gift cards for a Christmas office gift exchange on 12/08/2011. I contacted the company on 12/16/2011 after it had not arrived in the time frame the company provided. I also realized there was no customer service phone number on their website just a online form which I filled out and sent with my order number requesting a status. I had to hunt online for a number for them which I found multiple complaints about this particular vendor! I called the number I found in one complaint and got a friendly enough receptionist who took my number and said I would receive a phone call back from an account manager in 24-48 hours, no response. So I called back again and again and another receptionist took my name number and my order and promised me that I would get a call back nothing. So finally I got an email response from Aaron Campbell who informed me my order should be on its way. On 12/28/2011 I emailed him back asking for a refund because it was after Christmas. He said no problem I would be contacted from someone in the billing department. No one contacted me and I haven't received a refund back. Today finally on 1/13/2012 I received an envelope from them I opened it up and there were the 2 gift cards I was waiting on, the envelope was postmarked 1/09/2012 so it was mailed over a month after I placed the online order and on top of it, there was no gift message so my coworker would have had no idea who sent it to her! I am very upset with the lack of service and the way this order was handled. I will never order from this vendor again nor would I recommend their services to my worst enemy.
